Biography

Jeanette L. Golter has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1999, graduating from The Natural Health Institute, Nashville, TN and a Nationally Board Certified Reflexologist through the American Reflexology Certification Board since 1996. She graduated Cum Laude from Belmont College with her B.B.A. in 1981. Jeanette explains, "I've been practicing reflexology for over 20 years and it is still my favorite therapy! I love giving Swedish massage as well as reflexology sessions. Most of my clients choose reflexology which begins by soaking the feet in mineral salts and warm water. I have three sessions available: for the 30 minute session, you choose hands or ears or feet (most people choose the feet). Then I have a sixty or ninety minute session which includes the integrated technique of stimulating the nerve endings on the hands, ears and feet allowing the physical and mental beings to relax and get back into balance with the emotional and spiritual beings. For stress reduction and detoxing - I feel it is a very powerful ancient Chinese art utilizing special thumb, finger, and hand techniques to stimulate each nerve ending."
